PCCF Attends Planning Meeting at the Consulate

The Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) and various community leaders attended a Planning Meeting with Consul General Orontes Castro at the Philippine Consulate in Toronto. Representing PCCF, was President Rosemer Enverga, PCCF Execs Lita Leano and Romy & Rebecca Rafael.
