Feeding Program at San Roque (North Cemetery)
"For it is in giving that we receive." - St. Francis of Assisi
A Feeding Program at the San Roque Church headed by Father Benjo Fajorta took place last February 9th, 2024. Due to poverty, some families are unfortunately forced to live in extreme conditions, such as in the North Cemetery of the church grounds.
To help support these residents, members of the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) led by President Rosemer Enverga and Julia Duenas, Miss Philippines Canada 2023 organized a feeding program where warm meals were distributed to the dozens of children who reside there.
