An Online Despedida was hosted by PCCF President Rosemer Enverga for Philippine Ambassador Petronila "Girly" Garcia who has completed her assignment in Ottawa, Canada and will be leaving for New York City, NY! Thank you Ambassador for your service and for your friendship!
