PCCF CELEBRATED CANADA’S 150th WITH A GALA
On September 16th, 2017, the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) held the largest Filipino-led Canada 150 Gala in Toronto! The sold-out event had a parade of the Canadian flag with the PCCF Officers & Council of Leaders, food and entertainment.
The dance floor at the Sts. Peter & Paul Banquet Hall was packed with over 350 community leaders and MPP Raymond Cho. “I’m so thankful that the Filipino community was able to unite and celebrate Canada!” said gala chairwoman & PCCF VP Rosemer Enverga. “This is the best 150 Canada celebration!” said PCCF Pres Romy Rafael. While in the Philippines representing Canada at ASEAN, PCCF Founder Senator Tobias Enverga conveyed his well wishes through video.
The fashion show showcased Canadian-based fashions modeled by the gorgeous PCCF beauties who strut their stuff on the catwalk.
However, the can’t-miss event of the evening was the Rigodon de Honor. After much practice and hardwork, the dancers of PCCF in coordination with SOSA performed elegantly!
PCCF is thankful for everyone’s support! Mark your calendars for Pinoy Fiesta & Trade Show Toronto on June 16th, 2018.
