Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) or PCCF has once again proven that Pinoy Fiesta in Toronto is one of the biggest annual Filipino indoor community event in North America! The all day all evening entertainment by various groups and talents filled the day with great shows and great shopping!
