2010
PCCF was formally established and registered as a charity under the province of Ontario (Ontario Corporation Number 1824607) by Tobias Enverga with the help of wife, Rosemer Enverga and friends: Jaime & Thelma Marasigan, Romeo & Rebecca Rafael, Danio Penuliar and Sena Flores.
The group had to share the initial costs from their personal funds to start the organization.
2011

PCCF was officially launched.

PCCF together with PCCT organized the first ever Pinoy Fiesta & Tradeshow sa Toronto
-
PCCF's Pageants with a Cause: Miss Philippines Canada, Little Miss Philippines Canada and Mrs Philippines Canada was launched

Due to the success of the events, PCCF was able to donate to charities on their first year of existence!
